We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager who has previously worked with U.S.-based companies and understands the nuances of U.S. healthcare sales. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Conduct daily/weekly sales huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews. Develop KPI dashboards and ensure team adherence to activity metrics, call volumes, and conversion rates. Sales Strategy & Execution Drive outbound calling strategies for hospitals, clinics and distributors. Implement structured sales processes in an otherwise evolving or unstructured environment. Develop call scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and sales enablement materials. Customer Management Engage directly with U.S.-based healthcare buyers, procurement managers, pharmacies, and hospital administrators. Support escalations, complex negotiations, and key
