Job Title: Creative Strategist Lead Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) About Knya: Knya is India’s leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by the husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels. Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India. Overview: We're seeking a creative Creative Strategist to join our team. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media profiles, and collaborating closely with our marketing team. Responsibilities: Design and implement compelling marketing campaigns that connect with the target audience across multiple platforms. Lead the development of content strategies to drive engagement and build brand loyalty, collaborating with content and design teams for brand alignment. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and copywriters, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives. Oversee and direct all creative assets for ad campaigns focused on performance and retention, ensuring high-impact visuals and messaging. Supervise and coordinate photoshoots and video production, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand visuals for digital and offline platforms. Develop and implement innovative, data-driven ad strategies, collaborating with the design and copy teams to produce engaging content that drives brand growth. Ensure all creative elements across campaigns maintain a cohesive brand identity, resonating with the target audience and reinforcing brand loyalty. Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and creative strategy, proposing innovative ideas to elevate brand strategy and engagement.
