Title: Backend Automation QA
Client is looking for a Backend Automation Engineer.
Looking for an engineer who is excellent in Rest Assured, Java, Cucumber BDD and exposure / experience to Performance/Load testing is additional benefit and who can start working on the tasks immediately after project onboarding.
Candidate should be mostly/entirely focused on BE API testing with Rest Assured and Cucumber. They will be part of a scrum team, but they should be able to work on their own without much supervision.
Job Description:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience developing and executing quality plans that span hardware, client software, big data and cloud services
Ability to work with hardware/software quality leads in Vancouver and Barcelona to define and develop comprehensive quality plans
Familiar with agile software development practices
Able to develop and execute automated test scripts as required
Aggressive executer = move fast and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
