What will you do at Wholsum Foods?
Observe, research the changing audience needs and follow the design process to deliver design that is high on efficacy.
Be a part of the team that visualizes campaigns within the Wholsum Foods universe, following established brand guidelines..
Develop design systems for new ideas that includes - product innovation, merchandise, event platforms, feeding accessories, etc.
Integrated campaigns across media for new product launches.
Develop innovative design to work with changing tech and landscape across quick commerce channel partner apps.
Use insights data to align design ideas with audience responses.
Have a work discipline that allows focussed work on competing priorities through the day, using clear proactive communication.
Desirable Skills and Interests -
Design Systems Thinking
Colour Psychology
Interest in popular culture
Interest in working with a broad TG segment
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design
Minimum 4-7 years of related work experience in D2C, FMCG, Consumer Durables, lifestyle etc.
