Job Title: BPM (Business Process Management) Business Analyst + Functional Support Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced BPM Business Analyst with strong functional support skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, IT systems, and software applications, with a focus on BPM implementation and support. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to communicate process changes. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for BPM system implementation, including functional and non-functional requirements. System Configuration: Configure and test BPM systems, including workflow engines, forms, and reports. Functional Support: Provide functional support to end-users, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to BPM system usage. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement changes to business processes and BPM system configurations. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, BPM system configurations, and system changes. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure successful delivery of BPM projects. Requirements: Technical Skills: BPM systems (e.g., Pega, IBM BPM, Appian) Workflow engines (e.g., Activiti, Camunda) Forms and reports (e.g., Jasper Reports, i Report) BPMN 2.0 and other BPM notation standards Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Business Analysis Skills: Business process analysis and improvement Requirements gathering and documentation Process mapping and flowcharting Business case development and ROI analysis Functional Support Skills: BPM system configuration and testing End-user training and support Troubleshooting and issue resolution BPM system customization and integration Experience: 5+ years of experience in BPM business analysis and functional support 2+ years of experience in BPM system implementation and configuration Certifications: BPMN 2.0 certification Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) IBM BPM Certified Developer (IBM BPM CD) Nice to Have: Experience with cloud-based BPM systems Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Flexible work arrangements (remote work options) How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced BPM Business Analyst with strong functional support skills, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
