KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSupport the introduction of chemical processes & technologies for new (launch) and existing (optimization) products in accordance with EHS standards & regulations and apply state-of-the-art processes & technologies.Support development projects from project start to plant introduction (documentation, SOP, Risk Analysis, training, troubleshooting…)Executes product related developments and optimizations (Quality, Costs, EHS,).Is responsible for the execution and controlling chemical process-related EHS legal and corporate guidelines.Maintenance lab and its equipmentKEY REQUIREMENTSEducation/ Experiences: M.Scs. in Chemistry with 5 to 8 years industry experience, in preferably production of intermediatesKnow-how/skills:Fluently English, written and oralKnowledge of systematic methods of risk identification and its evaluation, i.e. HAZOPKEY COMPETENCIESAchieving Valuable ResultsInitiative and speedAnalytical ThinkingCustomer VisionInnovative Thinking
