Our recruiters operate with an agency mindset — speed, quality, and closure-focus. To manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts under the RPO/third-party hiring model — ensuring high-quality sourcing, precise screening, structured candidate database management, and consistent joining conversions. End-to-End Recruitment (RPO Model) Source relevant candidates from Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala & other channels Coordinate continuously with client HR teams Maintain trackers, MIS updates & daily hiring sheets Candidate Sourcing & Database Management Manage Drive/Sheets & maintain clean data pools Daily tracking of outreach → screening → status updates Communicate with client HR teams for interviews Experience in govt-linked or tender-based hiring High-volume recruitment exposure Prior experience in Recruitment Agency / Consultancy / RPO ✔ Client coordination experience Email your CV to: send a direct message (DM) on LinkedIn Application – Recruiter / TA Executive (RPO Hiring)
