Job Description:
Handling Chat Process
Resolving customer queries through mail within TAT.
Responsible for Inbound calls and Outbound calls
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
Key Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Empathetic and customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
