About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer relationship management processes, focusing on driving B2 B customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer relationship management, performance marketing, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong customer relationships, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing innovative strategies to acquire and retain valuable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments for new business acquisition.
Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation and nurturing programs.
Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize high-quality leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
Generate regular reports on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
Technology and Tools:
Proficient in using Hub Spot features and intricacies.
Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
Leverage data analytics tools to gain valuable insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, or sales.
Proven track record in driving new business acquisition and customer growth.
Strong understanding of B2 B sales and marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with performance marketing channels.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
