As an E-commerce Marketplace Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing our online sales and revenue growth across major marketplaces like Amazon US, Walmart US, and eBay, with a focus on tactical apparel in the North American market. You will leverage your expertise in marketplace management to optimize listings, drive advertising campaigns, and maintain a competitive edge in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for each marketplace, aligned with overall business objectives.
Listing Optimization: Create and enhance product listings to improve accuracy, visibility, and competitiveness.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage advertising campaigns on eBay, analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and growth areas.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement necessary improvements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with eBay account representatives to secure support and optimize brand visibility.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and refine strategies to maintain a market-leading position.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest eBay trends, tools, and policies to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing eBay or other marketplaces, preferably within the tactical apparel industry.
Proven expertise in eBay & Walmart marketplace practices, including listing optimization, advertising, and account management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Amazon, Walmart US, and eBay platforms and their selling practices.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Passion for tactical apparel and understanding of the target audience.
