Customer Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Technical Orchestration: Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Asset & Instrumentation Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge of assets and instrumentation to identify and address customer needs and challenges effectively.
Digital Twin Solution Ecosystem: Develop a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science, and simulation, to support solutioning and delivery.
Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.
Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to customer projects, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Qualification
Master’s or Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials or related fields
Experience:
3-10 years of experience in various roles related to research, development, industrial processes & automation and managing high performance teams
Hands-on experience with data collection, preprocessing, and analysis from industrial systems
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.)
Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Experience in feature engineering and selection for predictive modeling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their data services.
Ability to connect engineering to data science
Experience/ Understanding of physics informed and first-principle based AI
Very Good Understanding of Industrial equipment and required instrumentation aspects
