Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer – Product Development Experience : 1–3 Years The Mechatronics Engineer will support the end-to-end development of new products, from concept and prototyping to testing and final integration. The role focuses on designing mechatronic systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and embedded components. The engineer will work closely with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to create reliable, high-performance, and production-ready products. Participate in concept development, feasibility studies, and design brainstorming for new products. Develop and refine mechanical designs, CAD models, and system layouts for prototypes and production components. Develop and test control algorithms using PLCs, embedded boards, or microcontroller platforms. Conduct hands-on prototyping, functional testing, failure analysis, and iterative design improvements. Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and manufacturability assessments. Prepare technical documentation, test procedures, test results, BOMs, and assembly instructions. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Robotics Engineering. Strong 3D CAD design experience (SolidWorks / Inventor / CATIA). Understanding of embedded systems, motor control, and sensor integration. Ability to read and generate schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. Hands-on experience with tools and prototyping (soldering, DMM, power supplies, 3D printing, etc.). Programming experience in C / C++ / Python for embedded control or automation.
