Role Description – Senior Finance Associate (Dubai Office) Full-Time | On-Site | PRFThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Finance Associate at PRF , a leading tax, accounting, and audit advisory firm. The Senior Finance Associate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end finance services to clients, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.This is a client-facing senior role , requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent review skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements independently and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and regulatory reportsPerform and oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing across multiple client accountsConduct detailed financial analysis , variance analysis, and prepare customized management reportsSupport UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including computations, return preparation, and timely filingsParticipate in audit engagements , including preparing working papers, reviewing client records, and identifying risk areasCoordinate with clients to gather information, resolve technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of all outputsContribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning , and internal process improvement initiativesEnsure all deliverables meet professional, quality, and regulatory standardsProvide technical support to junior team members and help maintain best practices within the finance teamQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and multi-client accountingSolid working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulationsExperience in a professional services, audit, accounting, or tax advisory firm is highly preferredProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero , and advanced MS ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, and client-handling skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProfessional certifications such as ACCA, CA Inter, CPA , or equivalent are a strong advantageImmediate joiners preferred
