Position: Associate – Credit and Investing
Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru
Experience: 6-8 PQE
We are seeking a talented and passionate Credit and Investment Associate to join VentureSoul Partners in our next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have a previous background in credit underwriting and investing and has relevant experience in the private credit/venture debt ecosystem.
Key Skills;
Credit Analysis, Financial Modelling, Credit Monitoring, Structured Finance,Private Credit and Client Interaction.
• Credit analysis and underwriting for new economy space
• Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure. Financial Modelling
• Analyzing financial statement, performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of tech led corporates
• Managing a portfolio of clients from a credit standpoint and regular monitoring
• Working extensively on identifying clients and doing research work for origination
• Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including documentation.
• Maintaining strong relationship with the client and generating leads through VC partners and intermediaries in the ecosystem
Our Requirements;
Post-graduate qualification of CA/MBA preferred,
Minimum 6+ years' experience and at least 2 years in credit underwriting in venture /private credit space, and proven ability of working collaboratively in a team, and having effective communication skills.
