Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office, Monday - SaturdayExperience: 0 – 3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive Product Operations & Design Associate to work closely with our Product Manager across multiple products.This role combines UI/UX , product research , client coordination , product operations , and creative support .If you are a strong communicator, extremely organised, and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Figma, Notion, or similar—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct ResearchConduct competitor and market researchPrepare insights, comparison reports, and recommendationsIdentify product opportunitiesProduct OperationsCoordinate with product maintainers, QA, and developersFollow up via calls/emails on bugs, updates, and timelinesTrack product changes, maintain documentation, and manage tasksClient & Partner CommunicationReach out to potential clients or partnersCommunicate product requirements clearlyJoin and coordinate client calls & meetingsCreative & Content SupportPrepare short scripts, briefs, decks, and structured documentationUse AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate tasksRequirementsExcellent English communication skills (spoken & written)Strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesBasic understanding of UI/UX and product workflowsAbility to learn tools quickly and work independentlyComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyGood with ChatGPT, AI tools, documentation, and productivity toolsProduct Design (UI/UX)Support in designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screensMaintain design systems and ensure consistent UI patternsCreate visuals, logos, and simple brand assets when neededNice to HaveExperience with FigmaBasic design skills (Canva/Illustrator)Experience in a startup environmentWhy Work With UsWork directly with the Product Manager across multiple live productsGain exposure to UI/UX, product strategy, operations, and researchFast-paced startup culture with real ownership
