We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive with experience in international markets to join our team in Ahmedabad . In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our global market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. You must be open to working in shifts or specific time zones as required to cater to our international clients. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve global company goals and targets with your Manager. -Promote Business development in Salesforce. - Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads in international markets based on the company’s target market and business objectives. - Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to gather accurate and up-to-date information on prospective clients and global market trends. - Organize, maintain, and update lead lists and data repositories to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies for global markets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in international markets. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms. - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, development, and operations to create client-focused solutions. - Analyze gathered data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the business development team. - Stay informed about global industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation and data mining. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT business development or sales, with a focus on international markets. - Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence globally. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent English verbal and writing skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies. - Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software. - Willingness to work in shifts or specific time zones to accommodate international clients. - Proven experience in lead generation, data mining, or a similar role, with a focus on international markets. - Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from various global sources. - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
