The role would involve interactions with the External Vendors & Internal stakeholders.Job Description:Involve in Purchase Order Management, Contract Management, monitor & report on the performance of vendors to ensure contractual obligations & performance metrics are met - Compliance ReportingSupport Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs) on various supplier related activities, mandatory Trainings and escalate whenever needed, ensuring compliancePerform benchmarking, identification, approvals, onboarding, auditing, ongoing operations assist with organizing management, operational and ad hoc meetingsService Level Agreement (SLA) performance: continuously measure, manage, and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated SLA. Continuous tracking, KPI reporting, via dashboardsOn-time delivery: Measure, report, and action to improve service and delivery performanceProfile Description:Good exposure in strategic sourcing & procurement operations, vendor managementExperience handling multiple stakeholdersMust have work experience in SAP MM moduleAbility to be flexible with job duties and scope of work and ShiftsProficiency with MS Office; especially MS XLStrong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
