Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Collections Specialist at AIMLAY in New Delhi. The role involves managing debt collection, credit management, customer service, and cash collection processes on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Payment Collection and Cash Collection skills Analytical Skills for credit management Strong Customer Service skills Relevant experience in credit collections or finance Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of credit processes and regulations Experience in the education industry is a plus Effective Communication, payment follow-up from existing clients, Upsell and Cross-selling skills Up-sell, Cross-sell experience B2 C client handling Interact with existing customers and make follow-up calls Timely payment & collections from the customers Interaction with customers via Emails & over the phone. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments Key Skills & Requirements 1-3 years of experience in collections, ideally in Ed Tech or a similar sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Proficient in CRM systems and Excel. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and remain calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Perks & Benefits Fixed CTC of ₹35,000 (including PF). Performance-based incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
