Mobile Architect

About the Role:

As a Mobile Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical vision and architecture of our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Define and implement the overall technical architecture for mobile applications.
  • Lead the technical design and development of complex features and functionalities.
  • Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.

Application Architecture:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Optimize app performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Analyze application performance and identify areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Flutter, Android (Java/Kotlin), and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM), and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
  • Experience with mobile app performance, optimization and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 Years of experience in mobile application development.
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Architect or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or community engagement in mobile development forums.
