As an Associate Manager in the Resource Management Group, you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to optimize resource allocation across multiple projects and accounts. This role involves ensuring the effective use of resources to meet project needs, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Resource Management Group to ensure proper allocation of resources based on project and account needs.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to identify and understand project requirements and timelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource allocation data in the resource management system.
Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for adjustments to optimize utilization and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
Participate in meetings with project and account teams to provide updates on resource allocation and availability.
Continuously improve resource management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly headcount and utilization reports.
Perform weekly analysis on the demand and supply of resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Experience with resource management tools and systems is a plus.
