Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager in the Founder Office at Zest Io T located in Hyderabad. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management within the company.
This can be a career path to Chief of Staff.
Qualifications
Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Management skills
Experience in operational management and team leadership
Experience in senior stake holders/leadership engagement
Experience in driving strategic initiatives for founder office
Experience in managing vendors for services delivery, reviews & performance based payouts
Experience in building & fostering a culture for learning, growth & high performance
Experience in delivering continuous improvements & contribute to growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Project management, driving meetings reviews & actions to closure, helping team resolve blockers with problem-solving skills, working as enabler for junior members
Proven track record in driving strategic objectives and profitability
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
