About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist , you’ll play a pivotal role in sparking new opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline. This full-time, on-site position will see you actively seeking out fresh leads, conducting in-depth research, and building lasting connections with potential clients to help drive the next wave of growth at Absolin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Leads : Proactively research and uncover fresh leads to help us expand our reach.
  • Build Relationships : Reach out to potential clients with confidence, introducing them to Absolin’s innovative solutions.
  • Market Research : Gather insights and data to help identify and target high-potential prospects.
  • Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Lead Generation Skills : You know how to generate new leads and identify valuable business opportunities.
  • ️ Communication Excellence : Whether it’s a cold call or a follow-up email, you know how to communicate effectively and build rapport.
  • Sales Expertise : You have experience in sales or have worked in a similar role, and you understand the nuances of lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Research Savvy : Your research skills are sharp, and you know how to dig deep to find new leads.
  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bonus : Previous experience in a lead generation role is a plus.
