Key Responsibilities:

- Student Success: Champion student success by promoting innovative teaching and learning practices, and by fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
- Research Excellence: Promote and support a vibrant research culture, including the recruitment of world-class researchers and the development of interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Global Engagement: Lead the university's global initiatives, including international partnerships, student exchange programs, and faculty collaborations.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the university's academic budget and allocate resources to support academic priorities.
- Governance: Serve on the university's governing board and participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A distinguished record of scholarly achievement in a relevant academic field.
- Significant experience in academic leadership, including serving as a dean or provost at a major research university.
- A deep commitment to academic excellence, student success, and faculty development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors.
- A global perspective and a passion for international education.
- A strong understanding of higher education trends and challenges.
