Job Description: Paid Campaign Head (Consultant Role)

Location: Remote/Flexible

Type: Freelance/Consultant

Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing

Are you a performance marketing expert with a knack for maximizing ROI and ROAS? We are seeking a dynamic Paid Campaign Head (Consultant) to guide our in-house agency team and take our Google and Meta ad campaigns to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Consult and Strategize: Collaborate with the agency's performance marketing team to develop and optimize ad strategies focused on lead generation and cost-efficiency.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze and improve Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Provide actionable recommendations to enhance landing pages for better conversions.
  • Ad Copywriting: Create and refine compelling ad copies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Tracking and Analytics: Ensure accurate implementation of Google Tag Manager , conversion tracking, and event tracking to measure campaign success.
  • Hygiene Checks: Conduct weekly audits to ensure campaigns adhere to best practices, including ad relevance, audience segmentation, and budget optimization.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide actionable insights and training to the team to improve their skills and campaign efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Expertise in landing page optimization and tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize .
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager , tracking implementation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce campaigns and conversion-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional skills in ad copywriting for various platforms.
  • Track record of achieving high ROI and ROAS for diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in performance marketing.
