The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Skills: Railway project - Structure, Bridge construction, track, P-way (permanent way), design, blueprints, Drawings, etcKey Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.Oversee all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation through execution and closure.Design and Engineering Oversight:Collaborate with engineering teams on the design of railway structures, bridges, and track systems.Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.Stakeholder Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.Quality Assurance:Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.Budget and Resource Management:Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively to prevent cost overruns.Optimize resource allocation and work schedules for efficiency.Track Maintenance and Upgrades:Oversee maintenance projects to ensure track safety and reliability.Plan and implement upgrades to existing rail infrastructure.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
