To oversee our billing operations and ensure our clients' timely and accurate inv
oic in.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a
tem.
The Billing Manager will create and maintain billing policies and
pr ocedres
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to improve billing efficiency an
d
accracy.

• Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely
inv oicing o clients
• Manage a team of billing specialists and provide leadership an d
supportas needed
• Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
re gulatory rquirements
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategies
to achievethese goals
• Review and analyze billing data to identify tren
ds and areas fo improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and e f
ficient billng operations
• Respond to billing inquiries and
res olve billing isues as needed
• Prepare and present billi
n
g reports to
snior managemet
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in ac cou
nting, finance,or a related field
• Minimum of 5 ye
ars of experience in blling or accounting
•
Strong leadership nd management skills
• Excel
len t attention to detailand analytical skills
• F
amiliarity with billig software and system
s
• Strong communication nd interpersonal skills
• A
bility to work under prssure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of regu
lat ory requirements related o billing and collection s
• Experience in Courier& C
arg
o billing is a plus.
