We are seeking a versatile UI/UX cum Creative Designer to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces while also designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, videos, and email templates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for branding, and the ability to produce visually compelling designs that align with company guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and significantly impact our digital and offering development initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, new offering/product development team, sales, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and use case requirements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that adhere to brand guidelines and usability standards.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and usability findings.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions and maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute to the evolution of our design processes.
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, videos, and email templates in line with company branding guidelines.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content.
  • Regularly update and maintain a library of marketing assets.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of creative materials in campaigns.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Design (Communication Design), Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10-20 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX and creative design projects.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and interaction design concepts.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with technologies such as Telecom, Cloud, AI, and Edge Computing.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Flexibility with work timings, spanning across multiple geos.
