Venus Vacations Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Travel Packages Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, promoting, and managing international travel packages. You will cater to clients' travel needs by offering them well-planned itineraries and services that include accommodation, transportation, and tours. This role requires in-depth knowledge of international destinations and travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop & Promote International Packages : Create appealing international travel packages that include flights, accommodation, and guided tours.

·  Client Consultation : Advise clients on suitable travel options in accordance with their preferences and budget.

·  Booking & Coordination : Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and ground operators for seamless bookings and smooth execution of travel plans.

·  Sales & Revenue Generation : Promote and upsell additional services, such as travel insurance and exclusive tours, to maximize sales.

·  Market Research : Stay updated on travel trends, including visa policies, new destinations, and competitive pricing strategies.

·  Customer Support : Address client inquiries and resolve any issues during their travel experience.

·  Partnership Management : Liaise with international partners to negotiate the best rates and exclusive deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience  in international travel packages, sales, or a similar role.

· Knowledge of popular international destinations, including Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

· Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation for international trips.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Proficient in CRM software and travel booking platforms.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :-

· Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment.

· Good networking skills with hotels, airlines, and destination management companies (DMCs).
