Brand Services Management As part of the Brand Services team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of projects across assigned brands and clients. This includes building strong client relationships, owning strategic and creative outputs, and overseeing all aspects of delivery - from scoping and time management to final execution. You will play a critical role in developing trusted client partnerships, inspiring creative teams, and driving both creative output and measurable results. Your performance will shape client success and position Sunny Side Up as a go-to creative partner. Build and manage collaborative relationships with external stakeholders (clients, media, tech, production partners) and internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Finance). Proactively manage all aspects of the project process: scoping, estimation, timelines, SOW documentation, internal WIPs, resourcing, brainstorming, client presentations, status reports, budget tracking, invoicing, and collections. Develop case studies for all key projects. Champion creative solutions to business problems. Operate with a self-starter mindset and a bias for action—without needing micro-management. Stay calm under pressure and manage complexity across multiple, parallel projects. Depending on your experience from 4 to 7 years , you may need some or all of the following. Experience in managing consumer-facing and/or business-facing brands in an advertising, creative, or digital agency. Experience across advertising, social media, digital marketing, and/or design-led brand projects. Experience in building presentations and articulating strategy and creative ideas effectively.
