Overview:
As a Community Associate for the Kannada-speaking market , the focus is on identifying and partnering with local influencers to craft culturally resonant campaigns. This involves nurturing strong relationships, creating Kannada-language content, and ensuring all initiatives align with the brand’s objectives. Fluency in Kannada and a deep understanding of regional trends are essential to engage meaningfully with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Onboarding: Develop and execute an efficient onboarding process for matchmakers, content creators, and moderators, ensuring they are well equipped to succeed on the platform from day one.
User Growth & Engagement: Scale daily Kannada active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
Upskilling & Retention: Implement strategies for the upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to ensure their long-term engagement and success.
Feature Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
Micro-Influencer Development: Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices. Utilize this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
Community Management: Manage and support Kannada-speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management with a focus on Kannada-speaking audiences.
Strong understanding of Kannada culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure success.
Proven track record of executing plans efficiently and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for user engagement and community management.
Skilled at making quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with the ability to tailor strategies to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
