Are you someone who is highly passionate about Brand growth and Marketing??? In a nutshell, you’re going to be our go-to guru for driving results and making sure our marketing efforts aren’t just cool, but also totally effective. You’ll be diving into data, running killer ad campaigns, and making sure every dollar we spend on marketing is bringing back some serious ROI.
Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs like CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Manage budget allocation and adjust bids to maximize return on investment.
- Analyze and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Implement tools like A/B testing, heatmaps, and user surveys to gather data for optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. This includes using tools like Google Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging ad copy, banners, and other creative assets for the assigned requirements.
- Ensure that all creatives align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
- Adjust tactics based on competitive landscape and market shifts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Attend webinars, workshops, or training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display advertising, and affiliate marketing,
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
