Roofsol Energy is urgently hiring for Business Development Managers for Mumbai Head Office location who will be working closely with Sales Head:-


  • The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
  • This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 
  • Prepare approaches suitable for lead generation and closure of contracts for OPEX and CAPEX businesses in Rooftop and Ground mounted projects. Should have the ability to build up sales strategies for expanding the portfolio.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base Service the request of existing customers Compiling and analyzing sales figures and market scenarios
  • Should have the ability to work on financial models to build up investment returns for the company and the customers.
  • Should be able to develop and work with channel partners and business associates across the country.
  • Submission of regular MIS reports regarding the sales activities to the management.
  • Coordinate and meet with the statutory authorities for up to date government policies, net metering procedures etc.
  • Meet project developers and OPEX model investors to bag EPC orders from the developers
  • The position covers an attractive incentive scheme to start with in addition to the normal salary. We also provide provident fund, medical insurance for self and immediate family and term accident insurance wherever applicable. Travelling allowance is extra as per company policy, mostly at actual. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Electrical engg will be preferred. MBA will added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
