Product Designer - RetailIOLocation: Bangalore / HybridExperience: 2–3 yearsAbout RetailIORetailIO is India’s largest B2B healthcare platform that connects retailers, distributors, and brands to simplify medicine ordering, inventory management, and payments.We’re building the digital backbone of India’s healthcare supply chain — helping pharmacies operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently.We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s ready to take full ownership of design at RetailIO — leading end-to-end problem-solving, shaping user journeys, and driving automation and scalability in our design process.You’ll be the design owner for RetailIO, backed by the PharmEasy central design team for mentorship, collaboration, and system alignment.Why this role is excitingYou won’t just design interfaces — you’ll design how design happens .This is a chance to shape user experiences and evolve our internal efficiency — by exploring design automation, Figma workflows, and plugin-based improvements that accelerate delivery and consistency.You’ll directly influence how thousands of pharmacies across India operate daily — improving not just usability but productivity for the entire system.What you’ll doOwn the end-to-end design process — from user insight to deliveryPartner with product, business, and engineering teams to solve real operational challengesSimplify complex B2B workflows into efficient, intuitive, and goal-oriented experiencesEvolve the RetailIO Design System and ensure scalability across modulesExperiment with design automation tools, Figma plugins, and systemized workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and improve design speedConduct user validation — through field visits, calls, or sales feedback loopsDrive a culture of design thinking and cross-functional collaborationCollaborate with the PharmEasy design team for critique, knowledge sharing, and design maturity initiativesYou’re a good fit if you:Have 2–3 years of experience in product or interaction designEnjoy ownership — you love driving projects independently from 0 → 1Are detail-oriented and systems-driven, not just focused on visualsHave a curiosity for design automation — exploring tools, Figma workflows, and ways to work smarter
