We (Bahwan CyberTek (BCT) - A CMM Level – 5, ISO Certified, Product & Software Services Company) have an excellent opportunity for Technical Presales / Solution Architect in Chennai / Bangalore for permanent position.

Role: Technical Presales

Work Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai / Domlur, Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions.

-Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.

-Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including proposal creation, solution presentations, and demonstrations.

-Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions.

-Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to gather technical insights and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.

-Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market trends to contribute to product enhancement and development.

-Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 10+ years of IT industry experience, with a strong background as a Solution Architect experience in Life sciences/BFSI/Retail.

-Proven track record in technical pre-sales, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Deep expertise in solution architecture, including designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges.

-Strong understanding of multiple technology domains, including but not limited to cloud computing, data & analytics, integrations, and application development.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

-Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and to design innovative solutions.

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; master’s degree preferred.

-Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent, are a plus.
