Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Lead to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and driving the adoption of our cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering for cybersecurity solutions, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts and address client needs. This role is essential for shaping client engagements, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring successful solution implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on cybersecurity solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and capabilities of TAC Security’s products.
Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their technical requirements, translating them into tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Provide support in designing and architecting cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs and address their security challenges.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the creation of sales collateral, including white papers and technical documents.
Stay updated with the latest trends in cybersecurity and competitive products to effectively position TAC Security’s solutions.
Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements.
Support the implementation and integration of solutions during the post-sales phase to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with a focus on cybersecurity products and solutions.
Skills:
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions, technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent technical presentation and demonstration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients to design and propose effective solutions.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation and responding to RFPs.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales support tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
