We are looking for an experienced API Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building scalable, high-performance APIs using Node.js / Spring Boot . You will work on the development of cutting-edge APIs and backend systems, collaborating closely with product teams to deliver top-notch solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code usin g Node. js o r Spring Bo ot.
  • Implement API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
  • Optimize API performance and ensure high availability.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ y ears of hands-on experience in API development, with a strong focus on RESTful services and microservices architectures.
  • Proficiency in Nod e.js or Spring Boot for backend development.
  • Strong experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL , or PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of API design princi pl es, OAuth, JWT, and API security best pract ices.
  • Experience w ith version control sys tems (Git) and CI/CD pipel ines.
  • Familiarity w ith containeriza tion and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
