Position: Senior Architect – Embedded AutomotiveLocation: BangaloreExperience: 13 to 18 yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Architect – Embedded Automotive with extensive expertise in embedded software development and deep knowledge of the Android platform (AOSP/AAOS) for infotainment systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and delivery of next-generation automotive software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, and development of embedded software for automotive infotainment platforms.Drive AOSP/AAOS integration on custom automotive hardware and ensure robust system performance.Design and implement Linux kernel-level components , device drivers , and Board Support Packages (BSPs) .Architect and optimize Android HALs , middleware components , and native services .Collaborate on Android Automotive Car Framework and Vehicle HAL implementation.Ensure compliance with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and ASPICE standards.Work with Tier-1 suppliers and OEM partners to define system requirements and deliver production-grade solutions.Provide technical guidance on Android graphics pipelines , DRM , display frameworks , and media codecs for infotainment systems.Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure scalability, performance, and quality benchmarks are met.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.13+ years of experience in embedded software development using C/C++ .5+ years of experience working with Android platform internals (AOSP/AAOS) and infotainment systems.Mandatory SkillsAOSP / AAOSVehicle HAL (VHAL), HAL, Android Automotive Car FrameworkAndroid graphics pipeline, DRMASPICE, Linux kernel & BSP developmentWhy Join UsBe at the forefront of innovation in connected and intelligent vehicles .Collaborate with global automotive leaders and technology experts.Work on cutting-edge Android Automotive platforms shaping the future of mobility.
