Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an extroverted, enthusiastic, and confident leader with exceptional team management abilities. You should know how to motivate and guide others to achieve exceptional results. While tech knowledge is a plus, it is not mandatory. If you’re new to the industry, don’t worry—we provide a 6-month comprehensive training program to help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and align deliverables accordingly.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget planning.
Oversee event marketing and promotional activities to ensure strong audience engagement.
Monitor event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and any challenges are addressed promptly.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
