Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata Shift Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM Notice Period: 30-60 Days (Looking for early joiners) Experience: 15+ Years | SAP Architecture Leadership We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and Brownfield conversion projects. This is a client-facing leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives for global enterprises. About the Role As an SAP Enterprise Architect, you will lead strategy, design, and execution for large-scale SAP modernization programs. You will define the future-state SAP landscape, drive ECC to S/4HANA conversions, and work closely with multi-cloud and RISE teams to enable seamless digital transformation. Key Responsibilities · SAP Architecture & Solution Design · Define comprehensive SAP transformation architecture covering application, data, and integration layers. · Develop Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned to RISE with SAP. · Lead system landscape simplification and standardization for brownfield S/4HANA conversions. · S/4HANA Migration & Brownfield Conversion Leadership · Lead and govern ECC ? S/4HANA Brownfield system conversion projects. · Define end-to-end conversion strategy including SUM, DMO, CCLM, and Readiness Check tools. · Oversee data migration, simplification item remediation, and custom code remediation. · Technical Leadership & Governance · Collaborate with Basis, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to set up RISE with SAP landscapes. · Lead integration design leveraging SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, and Integration Suite. · Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, security, and extensibility. · Stakeholder & Team Collaboration · Engage with SAP, Azure, AWS, and GCP teams during cloud and RISE landscape setup. · Lead workshops on SAP roadmap planning, process optimization, and value realization. · Guide and mentor solution architects, functional teams, and technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience · 15+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ end-to-end SAP implementations. · Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects. · Deep understanding of RISE with SAP architecture and deployment models. · Hands-on experience across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Cloud ALM/SAP SolMan. · Practical experience with SAP Readiness Check, CCLM, SUM/DMO tools. · Excellent communication skills-mandatory for client-facing leadership roles.
