We're searching for a passionate and highly communicative individual to join our team as a Community Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in building a vibrant online portal for CXOs in India, harnessing AI to create personalized and relevant content and opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Craft AI-powered content: You'll work with our AI engine to create engaging articles, blog posts, and social media updates that are more tailored to specific industries and CXO interests.

Curate personalized opportunities: You'll leverage AI to identify and curate relevant job opportunities for C-level professionals and aspiring candidates.

Build a thriving community: You'll actively engage with our members, respond to queries, moderate discussions, and foster a sense of belonging within our online platform.

Manage social media: You'll manage our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

Promote events: You'll help promote online and offline events organized by CXO India, targeting the right audience and maximizing participation.

Analyze community data: You'll track and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the team: You'll work closely with the CXO India team to implement strategic initiatives and achieve community goals.
