With a focus on creating greener environments, LeafyLand specializes in turnkey landscaping, garden beautification, maintenance, and the provision of various types of indoor and outdoor plants. Our professional team of experts brings over 60 years of combined national and international experience in agriculture, horticulture, architecture, and related domains. We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Co-founder with investment expertise to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Mumbai office. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, identifying market opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies. The role also requires active collaboration with our expert team and partners in achieving shared goals and ensuring operational excellence in all projects. Strong analytical skills for strategic planning, decision-making, and assessing business opportunities Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, team members, and clients Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies Proactive leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and execute long-term plans Financial acumen to oversee investment decisions and manage resources effectively
