Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking SRE to join our team here at Vertex Agility. As one of our senior SREs, you will work in small teams, immersed in cutting-edge technologies, and on gold-class projects. You will thrive in our mature, fast-paced environment where our lead engineers own their workload while solving complex challenges and making a huge impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and automation and have a passion for innovation
Skills we’re looking for (Bold = must have’s):
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Good knowledge of Azure
- Good experience in containers/container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, AKS, etc)
- Good experience working with configuration management and scripting (Python, Azure Dev Ops, Golang, Powershell, Ruby, etc)
- Strong experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc)
- Strong experience developing and maintaining CICD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab, Circle CI, etc)
- Strong experience troubleshooting production issues and issue resolution
