The Organisation
Nettakallappa Aquatic Center (NAC) is a leading swim center located in South Bengaluru, founded in 2012. The center aims to develop India’s top swim school and high-performance swim center. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including temperature-controlled swimming pools and a strength & conditioning center. The team comprises international mentors and over 20 swim teachers and coaches.

We are looking for a person passionate about the sports industry, interested in growing the center’s programs and membership base. This position reports to the Head of NAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Membership Growth
Lead targeted demand generation strategies to retain members and increase registrations, ensuring the center’s growth and success.
Expand and develop institutional swim programs to grow membership during lean hours.
Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports to support management’s decision-making.
Enhance Customer Experience
Build the center’s brand by engaging in community outreach, forming partnerships, and managing social media presence.
Maintain strong customer relationships by consistently addressing and implementing improvements based on feedback.
Operations Management
Collaborate with swim coaches and teachers to optimize resource utilization.
Handle administrative tasks, event coordination, and reporting to maintain efficient daily operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
4+ years of experience with a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, or Operations.
Passion for sports: Genuine enthusiasm for sports and fitness, with an understanding of the sports industry dynamics.
Experience in marketing and sales strategies, customer acquisition, and social media management for brand building.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English and the local language, with a focus on building positive relationships.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Skilled multitasker with a proactive problem-solving approach and calm under pressure.
