Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications, mentor junior developers, and drive technical decisions that shape our mobile strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
  • Architect and implement new features while ensuring high performance and reliability
  • Review code, debug issues, and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
  • Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
  • Stay current with mobile development trends and evaluate new technologies


Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in React Native and its ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux,Context API)
  • Familiarity with native iOS and Android development
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs 
  • Knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library)
  • Version control with Git
  • CI/CD implementation for mobile applications


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native
  • Strong portfolio of published React Native applications on both iOS and Android platforms
  • Deep understanding of React Native architecture, state management, and performance optimization
  • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React principles
  • Experience with native module development and bridging
