Summary : 

RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Business Analyst/ Product Manager  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen, technical proficiency, and product life cycle skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market opportunities using MoSCOW framework or similar.
  • Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
  • Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external customers as needed.


Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Sr. Business Analyst/Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions. 


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
