They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in C# language and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, test and manage various applicationsCollaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best productsFollow outlined standards of quality related to code and systemsDevelop automated tests and conduct performance tuningQualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree1+ to 5 years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiencesExperience developing web-based applications in C#, SQL, VBScript/ASP or .NETExperience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycleExperience working in agile development environmentInterview Process :Stage 1: Online Technical Challenge (120 Minutes)Candidates will complete 3 tasks within the Video and Screen Proctor Mode:Identifying and fixing bugsCoding challenges involving C# and design patternsSQL-based problem-solvingStage 2: Technical Interview (90 Minutes)Interaction with SMEsAssessment will cover C#, .NET, SQL, general technical questions, and a hands-on coding challengeCandidates will also have an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interviewStage 3: Final Interview (30 Minutes)Meeting with Leadership/People TeamThis round will focus on competency-based evaluation and insights into FNZ’s culture
