SDR - Sales Executive

About TinyCheque TinyCheque is on a mission to build world's largest AI venture studio. We're a fast-growing company that believes in the power of direct, authentic outreach to build meaningful business relationships. As an Outbound SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to TinyCheque through strategic, multi-channel outreach. This isn't about sending 1000 copy-paste messages. Multi-Channel Outreach Craft personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and email Engage in relevant communities and conversations (especially Reddit) authentically Book qualified meetings for the sales team Track and manage your outreach activities and response rates Stay updated on outbound sales best practices 1+ year of outbound sales or SDR experience (we need someone who's already done this, not learning from scratch) ~ Strong understanding of prospecting fundamentals — you know the difference between spray-and-pray vs targeted outreach ~ Excellent written English — your messages represent our company ~ Native understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and email as outreach channels ~ Comfortable with rejection (it's part of the game) Bonus Points: Experience selling B2B SaaS or tech products Experience with CRM systems Have strong opinions about what makes good vs bad outreach Are coachable and want to level up your sales skills Skill Development — You'll become exceptional at a high-income skill (outbound sales) ✅ Modern Work Culture — We trust you to do great work without micromanagement ✅ Compensation & Benefits CTC: ₹3-5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance) Performance incentives for exceeding targets Work-life balance.
