Role: Manager- Legal (Commercial legal contracts) Drafting and reviewing commercial and legal contracts, domestic as well as international, related to pharmaceutical industry such as Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, Development Agreements etc. Providing legal support for ongoing contract management activities. Closely working with business development teams and co-ordinate with legal department on commercial agreements. Legal software (CLM tool) operation, report generation from the software and filing work. LLB Prior experience in pharma industry related contracts is must Experience: 6 to 10 years Well versed with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
