Sr. Backend EngineerExp: 7+ yearsIndustry: Banking/Government/Enterprisecandidate MUST HAVE THE VALID PASSPORTJob Summary We are seeking a Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Framework, JDK 21, Redis, Postgre SQL, and Microservices architecture.This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities within enterprise grade systems will be considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Framework and JDK 21.• Build and deploy scalable microservices with well-structured REST APIs.• Integrate and optimize caching and session management solutions using Redis.• Develop and maintain relational data models and complex queries in Postgre SQL.• Ensure high standards of application performance, security, and scalability.• Collaborate with Dev Ops, QA, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.• Stay updated with emerging technologies, modern development practices, and cloud solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.• Strong hands-on expertise with Java (JDK 21) and Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security.• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and session management.• Experience with Postgre SQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and best practices.• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Optional but Desirable• Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise applications.• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Rabbit MQ).Update: We are considering candidates who are willing to relocate to the UAE, provided they come from reputed colleges or Tier companies. Candidates must also be prepared to complete the certificate attestation process if they are genuinely interested in pursuing UAE roles.
