Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Human Resources to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and general HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Hiring :

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards and company platforms.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring all paperwork is completed.

Employee Records and Documentation :

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws through proper documentation.
  • Manage attendance records and leave management.

Employee Engagement :

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support in administering employee satisfaction surveys and feedback processes.

HR Operations :

  • Assist in payroll processing and handling employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compensation.
  • Ensure the HR database is up-to-date with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with HR software or HR management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
